The Mount Barker area is a growing area for families to build their forever home. This gave the BPC opportunity to complete 45 community titles subdivision with related services for Metricon Homes.

Level 1 supervision was required for the allotment fill construction. Stormwater works included an installation of Ecosol Gross Pollutant Trap. Erosion and sediment control were maintained throughout the project.
